The Cord 810 of 1936 and the 812 of 1937 were some of the most visually striking cars of all time and were also the most mechanically advanced of their day, including an optional supercharger that more than half of the buyers requested. Sadly, they were the also last cars to emerge from the dynamic team of E L Cord and Gordon Beurig. Less than 3000 of these cars were made in the two years of production.
